The Case Of The Missing Snake

Goliath, the boa constrictor, was discovered missing this morning from her cage in the science department. As he was a very expensive snake and a beloved pet of both the science students and teachers, everyone is anxious to have him back. You have been assigned as a member of the detective team in charge of finding him.

Your job, detective, is to determine who took Goliath.  You will analyze the evidence found at the crime scene, interview the suspects, and explain who the snake-napper is in your report to the Police Commissioner.

Here is what we know so far: white powder was found on the counter in front of Goliath’s cage, a fingerprint was found on the cage door, a bloodstain was found in front of the cage, a piece of cloth and a ransom note was found in front of Goliath’s cage. There were 6 people on campus that night. Phil Harmonic, Cy N Tist, Lotta Noise, “Stu” dent, Janet tor, and Cookie Baker.

Good luck detective!! The students and the teachers of the science department are depending on you!
